My Project

The students at my school look forward to coming to Physical Education class. I try to teach them skills that they will use when they are playing sports.

Students have been requesting to learn how to play different types of sports such as frisbee.

I showed some of the students the disc golf equipment and they asked if that is something we could get for PE class.

Traditionally, I teach throwing and catching using different types of balls (playground balls, tennis balls, gator balls, and beach balls). The disc golf will provide another way to teach students how to throw a frisbee and how to aim it into different goals.
