My Students

My school services a high poverty, Title I area. Many of my students are special needs students that strive for the best. My students' minds and hearts grow each day as they enter the building ready to achieve their dreams.

Compassionate, thoughtful, and hard workers attend my sessions daily and feel confident and proud with the strong students they are becoming.

Many of my young students face both personal and academic challenges. Students with learning disabilities, homeless, hungry, enter our building every day with an eagerness to learn and gain new experiences. My goal is to build on their energy, foster their determination and help them achieve their dreams in a safe, loving, welcoming environment.

My Project

In person blended learning is beginning this week. With new safety requirements and social distancing guidelines lets make kids feel safe and stylish. With the Circut explorer air 2 my students can design their own personalized mask and safety supply bag.

Social Emotional Health is key as my students return to school.

The Circut and circut accessories will allow my students a way to express themselves and personalize their school required safety gear.

The canvas make-up bags will store their personalized washable mask during lunch, keeping it germ free. The canvas bag will be personalized and used to hold their own supplies, including hand sanitizer, tissues, and wipes.
