My Project

My students are wonderful children who come to school bright eyed and eager to learn on a daily basis. The students in my class are classified with multiple intellectual disabilities. They do not let this prevent them from trying their hardest each and every day!

My students have sensory needs and deserve a classroom that is designed to meet their needs and make them feel loved and safe.

Flexible seating options, weighted blankets, hands-on learning materials, and sensory calming tools will benefit their overall experience and performance in school. It is my goal to set my students up for a successful school year, and these items will make our classroom a place for children to learn, grow, and thrive.
