Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My classroom consists of enthusiastic, courageous, adventurous, and bright students who enjoy interacting with one another in various ways. They have unique backgrounds, ethnicities and originate mostly from low-income families. My students come from diverse cultural backgrounds, which include minority groups.

One of the best way to develop a love for reading in students is to provide them with a variety of books that interest them.

Therefore, the books listed have been chosen with each one of my students' interests in mind. Every student in my classroom will be able to choose a book from this list that interests them and read it, which will help develop a love for reading!

This project will not only impact my students, but will also impact their families because students will be able to take their books home to read and share with their siblings, parents, and guardians. By donating to this project, you will help make reading fun and keep my students reading in the classroom.
