Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our K-5 school is a great place to learn. We have a strong focus on STEM. Our imaginative students come up with creative solutions to the real-world problems presented to them in makerspace. To bring music arts into our STEM lessons, we formed a STEM Music Lab club that mixes technology with music in innovative ways.

The LEGO Vidiyo sets and technology equipment will give our students the opportunity to produce music videos in augmented reality.

Our STEM Music Lab members share their work at school concerts, on our school district cable channel, YouTube, and our school social media. These LEGO kits will help students develop their 21st century skills of communication, collaboration, creativity, and critical thinking-all this while developing their understanding of music and video production!
