Help me give my students DIY Ceramic Bunny Bank and paint markers to enhance our learning about financial literacy and art projects .

My Project

Each year, my first graders are learning about coins! They learn the values of different coins, ranging from counting pennies to basic dollar bills. They are excited to learn by counting, one-to-one correspondence, recognition of a penny, and other coins value and seeing all the coin combinations they've saved. Then, they are ready for real-life application and to apply what they learned to exploring word problems using money.

These piggy banks would benefit my students with financial literacy at an early age.

It would help them learn about the importance of saving money at school and home.

Students can paint their bunny banks as an art project. They also count all their coins by the end of the school year. This resource would enhance my students to take great interest in learning about math and understand finances in real-world situations. It will be a great addition to our math curriculum, and it will bring excitement to daily learning about math concepts.
