Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The table will help with small-group instruction providing the students the perfect environment for peer-to-peer learning. Students will be able to work together on teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills. By working closely with their peers, students also will learn about diverse perspectives and respect the ideas of others.

Learning in small-group learning improves academic achievement, relationships with classmates and promotes psychological well-being.

The table will be used for small group instruction, with 2-4 students in each group to make instruction suitable for each student's readiness level, interests, and learning style. This level of instruction is most common in both math and literacy. The table that currently we have is use for art center.
