My Project

I am looking for furniture and dramatic play resources to start a play area in my first-grade classroom.

These resources will be used to help teach students how to communicate and problem solve real-life scenarios while teaching the importance of buying goods and services through dramatic play.

These items will be used alongside a play market stand in my classroom. The stand will have different themes for the different months and topics we are learning. I would like to incorporate a post office set up so my students can practice writing letters. I would also like to set up a farmers' market so students can practice writing grocery lists.

These items would be amazing to have in my room, as they will allow my first-graders to play like the kids that they are, but they are learning important life skills related to our curriculum simultaneously!
