My Project

My Kindergarten students come from many different backgrounds and cultures. That means they all have different learning abilities and areas that need a concentrated focus. Having a well-stocked classroom means I can focus on better differentiating my lessons and instruction to better meet the needs of all my children.

I'm requesting Crayola crayons, dry erasers and dry erase handboards, magnetic alphabet letters and a paper organizer.

These materials will be used for whole and small group instruction, as well as different reading and math learning centers. Children learn better when they can use their hands, and I'll pair up the alphabet letters with pictures that they can manipulate. The crayons and dry erase handboard are a wonderful way to get children to develop eye to hand coordination, too!
