My Project

As a teacher, I try to motivate the students of my school. Incentives have a major impact on student learning. My plan is to start a school-wide positive behavior support process in which students receive bucks to purchase things for example: bracelets, stickers, fidgety toys, and small toys to increase motivation to do their best. My students will be excited and motivated to do their best to earn prizes, games, bracelets, and miniature toys.

Incentives give my students intrinsic and extrinsic motivation to exceed in the classroom.

By providing my students with these items I am sure them and their parents will see growth.
