Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

These second graders are some of the brightest I've seen yet! They are creative and passionate in learning new things. During recess they are indoors and only have chrome books to engage. The puzzles and games are to help them to socialize more with one another and problem solve.

This will give them a mental break and prepare their minds before going into the next core lesson.

Our goal at HIAT is to give our scholars the needed tools to being the best they can be. This includes what they are learning during recess as well.
