Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

With the resources that I have included, I feel that I will be able to create enriching learning activities.

These resources are items that are items that are not readily available.

As an educator, I want to provide my students with resources that will help them learn in a fun way.

When children are provided with the proper resources and an educator whom is open to new and exciting ways to teach, they grow and the material that is being taught often sticks with them for life.

I plan to use all of these materials to help my students obtain educational knowledge.

Some examples of these items being used for a lesson plan would be to print in color so that my students could learn colors, matching, and other academic skills. My laminate and Velcro would be used to for file folder activities which teaches independent working skills and fine motor skills. Headphones would be used in my reading area for those who are better auditory learners. I provide pencils for the students in my room so that they may complete their work. An electronic sharpener would be readily available to them so that they may sharpen their pencils
