This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
The cheerleading program has supported students' social emotional needs through positive interactions between peers and adults. It has been a place for students of all academic levels to participate in a school activity.
Students are able to express themselves through music, dance, and cheer.
They're also able to cultivate friendships through a club activity. To be able to have the pom poms, socks and bows provided for them will encourage their personal development and self-confidence as they use cheer as a way to guide them towards being their best STUDENT athletes. This group of young ladies shine bright and are full of creativity!
