Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Cheerleaders set a great example of motivation, school spirit, and positive energy on campus. Cheerleaders often encourage other students to participate in school events. Cheerleading improves group work as well as training of the mind and body and it is considered a rigorous sport. We would like to provide our students with water bottles, decorated and labeled with their names for cheer. We are so excited to be about to start a cheer squad on campus.

We are giving these students a creative opportunity to become inspirational leaders on campus.

Help us provide these leaders with spirit bows and pom-poms! Cheerleaders are the physical embodiment of school pride and role models on campus. Let’s help them feel like a team with matching cheer bags to hold their equipment! They are acknowledged for bringing the community together both physically and emotionally for an energized atmosphere. Cheerleaders often set a visible example for students, and improving that school spirit and comradery can increase the chances the team has to win.
