Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

These indoor and outdoor activities, including stepping stones, yoga cards, and games, will help provide opportunities for my students to engage in physical activity, teamwork, and personal development throughout the school year. This year our aim is to model a healthy and vibrant lifestyle to our students at our school. Students of all ages can come together to enjoy recreational and competitive sports activities.

As part of our goal, we are currently in the process of expanding our indoor and outdoor sports facilities to accommodate a greater variety of activities.

My students are special because they bring unique perspectives, experiences, and talents to the classroom. They each have their own strengths, interests, and ways of learning that contribute to a diverse and dynamic environment. Whether they demonstrate resilience in overcoming challenges, creativity in problem-solving, or compassion in their interactions with others, my students shape the learning experience in ways that no one else can. They are special because they make the classroom a place of growth, discovery, and mutual respect. They inspire me as an educator with their potential and passion.
