My Project
Cleaning up and starting a new garden project will help our school and students look forward to seeing something beautiful, that they helped create, every day while they are in class. Sometimes when we are having a hard day, seeing something you have created and put so much hard work into, can boost your emotional well being. These planting supplies, garden bench, bird feeders and other items will make a difference in not only the learning of the students but the morale of the staff here at our school.
Our goal for this project is to make the students and staff feel a sense of pride in their school and community.
I think it is important to maintain a sense of pride in one's self to make sure our young students can BLOSSOM into the best versions of themselves.
At our school we have 5 core values: respect, integrity, responsibility, service and perseverance. With the materials we have asked for, we can have not only our staff, but our students, demonstrate these 5 values while they are cleaning up, and creating a brand new garden for their school!
