Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our school's Library Media Center is a welcoming learning space for the entire school. It is a place where students socialize and use all types of media that support and enrich the curriculum. Students meet before and after school, as well as open access periods during the school day.

The board games selected will provide practice managing finances in real life situations.

Students will be provided with an opportunity to become fluent in the language of money and financial literacy. Our English Language Learners will be able to use communication skills in a non-traditional environment.
