My Students

My students love technology and having a media cart will enable them to utilize our class projector for class demonstrations and projects.

My students are hard working and many come from homes that do not have access to computers and other forms of technology.

Many of our children receive free or reduced lunch. They are enthusiastic and enjoy challenges and trying new things. Having this media cart will give them access to technology that they do not have at home.

My Project

The students will use this media cart for class presentations and teacher and student PowerPoint presentations. Using the projector, we will cut down on paper usage in our classroom. Additionally, this is a great way to get the kids to think digitally and how they can edit other students' work when it is projected for the class to examine.

This project will make a difference because it will be used every day.

We will be able to connect many pieces of technology to the unit, such as a laptop, projector, and ELMO devices, for me to use with students.
