My Project

I am seeking materials to support the needs of my sensory seeking Kindergarten students. Many of them are not used to sitting for extended periods, so the wobble cushions will provide them with that need for movement without needing to stand up and move around the room during lessons. Some of my students instead need tools to keep on their desk, such as a fidget toy or a Calm Strip. These tools will allow them to harness their brilliance and ability to attend, which in turn will allow for greater output.

Every one of my English Language Learner students is special!

Many of my students are also in special education, and I want to better support their individual needs in my classroom. I love to see the progress they make across the year as they acquire a new language, and I believe that all of these tools will only help.
