Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I just attended an all day physical education training and I learn a lot of new games and ways to teach physical education standards in an engaging way. My energetic students love physical education; they enjoy going outside to the playground and playing games. The problems is that my school does not have enough PE equipment, without these tools, it is difficult to teach and play all these fun games.

I would like to teach my students the content standards in Physical Education and have fun at the same time.

In order to do this, I need PE equipment that is durable and soft so my students will not get hurt.

My students will run, jump, practice underhand and overhand throw, catch, and throw objects while learning about working together as a team, learning rules of different games, learning content standards, and having fun!
