My Students

Hello Potential Donor! Thank you for reviewing my welcome message. I will be working with students that either is diagnosed with speech impairment or learning disabilities this year. My students are from age 5 to 7. The majority of them are English Language Learners who might not attend full-time school before. They live in homes with non-English speaking parents or caretakers.

My students are of Asian descent with 99% of them receiving free or reduced school meals.

They are excited about learning and they come to school every day with hope, expectations, and enthusiasm. Your donation truly makes a difference. Thank you very much!

My Project

These math games, such as Math Puzzle, Snap and slide number bonds and to 120 Magnetic number chart will be great hands-on learning for my students to practice new math skills and review what they already know. The variety of materials will provide activities for students to do independently, with a partner, in a small group, and at a teacher-led center. These materials will not only continue to intrigue and enhance my students' interest in and love of math, but they will also push them academically and encourage deep critical thinking skills. The ten frames will help me save so much time during instructional time.
