My Students

My energetic first-graders enter the classroom ready to learn, discover, and explore. My students are curious, creative, kind and helpful. My class represents countries from all over the world, as well as many different learning levels .

In this class, we work together to form a community as we learn, laugh, and celebrate our achievements.

My students are eager to learn and explore daily!

My Project

I want to get my students excited about reading by shining a spotlight on a new author or theme each month. I think the students would be thrilled to see our reading corner change monthly to reflect a new author to book series.

My goal is to make our Reading corner an exciting and welcoming place where students can relax and escape with a good book.

With a new bookshelf and organizers, the students can help organize their reading space. They will also be able to use our new books as inspiration for choosing which author or theme they want to focus on each month.
