My Project

Some of my kindergartners are new to school and I want to give them the best first experience. I want them to be excited about learning. Help my Kindergarteners learn how to read in different ways. I want to bring stem into literacy with the items on my list.

These activities give my students a variety of hands on experiences through stem.

The PlayShifu Educational Word Game - Plugo Letters (Kit + App with 9 Learning Games), will help students build their phonics and phonological awareness which is the foundations of learning how to read. This kit uses technology and hands on word building. The reading cubes allow students to work with their hands, without technology.

These engaging materials provide a great balance between technology and off screen activities while still giving students stem exposure.
