My Project

My 5K students love to dramatize the chapters from the Magic Tree House books that are an integral part of our play-based curriculum called, Tools of the Mind. One of our favorites is called, Midnight on the Moon.

It would be so amazing if my students had a cool rocketship tent and astronaut costumes including helmets, spacesuits, and gloves, so that they can pretend to walk on the moon just like Jack and Annie do in the book.

It would make dramatizing so much more fun and would help them to work on story recall, story sequencing, and story comprehsion skills.
