My Students

My students are in a full time ICT second grade classroom. Many of my students come from low-income families. Several are English language learners. There are a few that come from single-parent (or single-grandparent) households.

All of my students are unique individuals who are always eager to learn and be engaged in exciting activities.

My diverse second graders come from a variety of backgrounds and have different needs and wants. All of my students are eager to learn with open minds, ready to be filled with knowledge.

Our class has become their second family. They are very energetic and enjoy working with each other, love projects, and strive to do their best. All in all, they are a group of awesome kids!

My Project

In order to give my students the best learning space possible, I am continually looking for ways to improve on organization. This year we have new and unique organizational needs inside the classroom.

Organization leads to optimal success for teacher and students.

The classroom is the teachers' and students' second home and the way the classroom looks, feels, and functions impacts how much the students learn. I want to send a clear and positive message to my students that I care enough to create a beautiful, comfortable, and organized learning space to make all of us feel calm and happy!
