Wouldn't it be wonderful to grow up and become a Disney animator? My students love their animated movies and cartoons and would love to learn how to make their own images come alive as well. These iPads will help make that dream come true.
Our art room is getting very close to our goal of enough iPads for each student to create without a wait.
Funding this project, will put this goal within reach. All 500 of my students will benefit as they come to art class and find enough iPads for each to use. We would love to be able make art on the iPad without having to wait half the class period for a turn.
My Project
I plan on having students learn to animate on the iPad and create an environmental, collaborative, animated movie. They could each design a litter bug, animate it, and reverse the animation to illustrate how we all can reverse the evils of littering. I would love to share images of what littering has done to land and oceans so that students will be motivated to tell a compelling story through their work.
All students love creating and being creative.
