it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I'm a teacher in a bilingual classroom filled with bright, eager little learners. Many of my students come from low-income homes and are just beginning their journey of learning English. Every day, they show up with big dreams and even bigger hearts, ready to learn and grow.
We use Chromebooks to support their language development through interactive activities, but without headphones, it’s hard for them to focus.
Imagine trying to learn new words in a new language while surrounded by the sounds of 20 little voices all at once. It’s overwhelming for them — and heartbreaking for me to watch them struggle to hear, to concentrate, to feel successful.
With classroom headphones, my students could finally hear clearly, focus fully, and engage deeply in their learning. These headphones would not just reduce noise — they would open up a world of understanding, confidence, and connection.
