Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My UTK/CC students are eager learners, so the phoneme awareness cards, alphabet letters and memory game cards will be a great learning tool. The students will work in small groups and be exposed to letter sounds and comprehend that letters relate to sounds.

My 4 year olds are all about exploring so how fun would it be to dress up as a community helper in the drama art area if our classroom.

The students can explore what each community job requires and feel some bride in helping their community.

Music is all around us, so imagine all the fun they will have in making sounds with the music sticks. The students will have a blast creating music and learning to follow a beat.

Working with 4 year olds is a constant hands on learning experience, all these items will greatly fall into our learning centers and much needed in our classroom.
