My Students

My students come from diverse economic and ethnic backgrounds, yet they come to school with excitement and eagerness to learn and grow. In our grade level, our students rotate for math, ELA, and sciences, therefore I will see each and every 4th grade student in our school.

Growth mindset and the whole child are two major focuses in our classroom.

I want to provide my 21st century learners the environment, materials, and opportunities that they need to be engaged and successful. Together we help prepare ourselves and each other for today and tomorrow, with both academic and emotional goals.

My Project

Let the FUN begin at recess time! After sitting in class students are eager for their recess time. Students will be using the following resources during their recess break. They will have endless amounts of fun building and creating using their their playdough and wikki stix. Students will enjoy being in the outdoors and kicking the hacky sacks and playground balls around to one another. Even during indoor recess students are able to have fun by playing with their mini cubes and building blocks.
