My Students

My classroom is filled with a diverse group of students. At our STEM certified school, my students love hands-on learning, engaging activities and academic challenges.

These students are hard-working, caring and very curious individuals.

It is my aim to provide my students with the resources to allow their curiosity to drive a growing interest in learning. When given the opportunity to explore and engage, these students come alive with excitement and are eager to learn and do their very best.

My Project

The VersaTiles will be a great addition to our classroom's rotation station tasks. Every other day, the students engage in small group literacy rotations. They have different tasks at each station aimed to target a different literacy skill.

These VersaTiles will help provide the students with an independent station to help their literacy skills blossom.

It is important that I provide the students with a variety of materials and activities in the area of literacy. The variety will help keep learning and literacy fun. Furthermore, this will help provide the students with an enjoyable learning station that also allows them to learn.
