My Students
My students are active, vibrant and eager to learn. They learn best using technology and hands on materials. Our classroom is about exploration and investigation. This year, students will get the opportunity to see what they are capable of achieving through the knowledge they gained while researching topics they are interested in and topics they are learning about both at home and in the classroom. Each child has the capability and capacity to absorb information, it just takes tapping into different sources to achieve it.
My Project
These chromebooks will help introduce my students to the world of research. Now a days more and more children only associate computers and tablets with being able to watch YouTube or play games. I want to help my students explore educational uses for these materials. Being able to incorporate technology into our everyday learning will be a major motivator for my students. Students will be able to view and complete their assignment on their tablets instead of having to use the majority of their time copying from the board and missing out on major information needed to complete their projects.
