My Project

STEM has been an instrumental part of instruction in the past few years for educating children in the 21st century. The use of Lego's for learning on top of their ability to provide a leisure activity for students with ASD is profound. I'd like to revamp the leisure area or sensory area within my classroom for my students. At this time, we have old and worn materials that have survived years in this room. Giving my students a Lego table and Legos allows them a calming activity outside of an ipad when provided break time.
