My Students

My students are from Houston and our school has the only animal and environmental science magnet program in the district. Our focus is to educate, equip, and empower them through meaningful relationships. Although my tiny scholars come from a variety of social and economic disadvantaged backgrounds, they share the same love for learning.

My Project

After a long year of virtual learning my students are coming back into the classroom. Many difficulties are arising due to the loss of in person classroom instruction. While teachers are still continuing to serve their purpose of educating children, we need the help of our communities. The materials being requested will help my students visualize the skills as they learn.

Children learn best when they can touch, move, and cooperate with others.

These materials will bring my whole group learning time to life! I know my students will enjoy engaging hands on while building their confidence to learn.
