Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

I have students in 6th, 7th, and 8th grades. I have students with learning disabilities and other health impairments. They challenge themselves to learn and try new things. When I assign any assignments, they go beyond what is asked of them, even if they have limited resources

Students need an environment where they are accepted and feel comfort in being themselves.

Students don't learn in places where they feel uneasy or from teachers they don't like.

My Project

This monitor will help my students learn from home because they will be able to see my screen in a larger area. Right now, it is hard to navigate a 10-inch laptop and show multiple tabs.

With a second screen, I could share what I needed while still seeing students responses in real time.

This monitor would help me connect better with my students and allow me to more easily develop interventions if needed. Using this screen would allow me to look over my students' responses while still sharing the content needed for their learning.
