My Project

Our district has recently added UTK (universal transitional kindergarten) as a grade level at the elementary level. These are students who are four years old and "early" kindergarten, or preschool. We have limited supplies that are appropriate for this grade level, so I am looking to add some center play, STEAM building tools, and other activities. This projects includes a rainbow of colors in building block base plates, straw building set, Brain Flakes, Play-Doh, and Let's Go Code sets.

Help get our youngest STEAMers started in building science and engineering skills through active challenges that seem like play.

Although the goal is to build for the younger students, older students may also like these as well!
