Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

We need social-emotional learning (SEL) books and drawing supplies in our classroom. SEL books help children develop essential life skills, such as understanding emotions, building empathy, and managing conflict. These skills are the foundation for creating a positive and supportive classroom environment where every student can thrive.

Drawing supplies, on the other hand, provide a creative outlet for children to express their feelings and ideas.

Art encourages self-expression and can be especially helpful for those who may find it challenging to communicate with words.

With these resources, we can empower our students to grow not just academically, but emotionally and socially as well. Your support in providing these materials would make a world of difference in the lives of my students, helping them build confidence and emotional resilience from an early age.
