Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students have an abundance of wealth in charisma, eagerness to learn English, motivation, and an overflowing knowledge of their culture. Their charismatic spark is undeniable, the saying,"Everyone Smiles in the Same Language" couldn't be more true. Terrific kids!

My Project

Nearpod Platinum membership will increase English Language Learner's engagement during remote and in-person learning. Nearpod has interactive features that will help reach all types of learners. Teachers can conduct live instruction while embedding interactive videos to check for understanding, live game-like quizzes, drawing boards, collaboration boards, virtual matching activities, virtual tours, and support home language development with the Immersive Reader (translates text and dictates). Students can use all of these features during Student-Paced lessons where they can replay content or move ahead. The technology is amazing and user friendly.
