My Students

During this unprecedented time, we are offering hybrid learning for our students. Whether my students are on a virtual classroom platform or in the school building they amaze me with their electrifying energy and eagerness to learn.

We are a Title I Early Education Center that is working diligently to produce readers, thinkers, and lifetime learners.

We consistently give our students tools for success and instill the belief that despite obstacles, even COVID -19, they will be enormous contributors to​ our global economy.

My Project

Currently, we need more seating options so that students in class can practice safe social distancing while learning. Flex Space Comfy Floor seating will allow my students to be responsible for their learning and make choices that work best for them and are safe.

During center times, students rotate to various learning stations in the classroom.

Currently, my students rotate between the listening, reading, and math stations. Each station is housed at different tables. My young scholars are sitting under tables with clip boards, or sitting or laying on the floor with reading material, or sitting at the listening center. Being sure students are comfortable, while practicing social distancing, is an essential component in our successful safe learning environment. Flexible seats encourage independent learning and safety for my students who are in the classroom. That means increased learning for my students.

The other supplies support increased learning at home. The studio headphones will help my virtual students focus during lessons, by minimizing noises made by siblings and others at home. Let's Find Out Kindergarten scholastic student magazines offer independent reading in areas that interest my students. One of the best ways to encourage students to become great readers is to make time for independent reading. These supplies will be extremely beneficial for my students, whether in the physical building or in a virtual classroom.
