My Project

I am excited to work with a group of loving, creative, and hard-working 1st graders! All of these kids come from different backgrounds and are always willing to help their peers. First graders absolutely love hands-on games and activities. These students face many difficulties in their everyday lives and think of school as their safe place. Unfortunately, we lack many resources that make it so that these kids lack opportunities they could be afforded elsewhere.

These phonic and math skills games will help my 1st graders grow as readers and mathematicians.

Learning games will help solidify their understanding of concepts like adding, subtracting, and letter recognition. All of the students will have the opportunity to choose games that interest them and are at their level. The best way to increase reading and math is to play more, and these games will help my students grow stronger in reading and math .

Each child in my classroom absolutely loves to learn. Every day they showcase their curiosity, enthusiasm, and creativity in the classroom. They are truly an incredible and thoughtful group of learners!
