My Students

I teach Kindergarten readers, writers, mathematicians and creative thinkers! My students are also English Language Learners, eager to learn how to speak, listen, read and write in English! Due to COVID-19, I have been teaching my class fully remotely.

Despite the circumstances, my students are motivated and enthusiastic learners!

Their hard work and dedication will amaze you on a daily basis- how lucky I am to witness this each and every day!

My Project

Currently, my students are learning remotely! This year, they have all learned how to write through inventive spelling and storytelling. I would love for them to continue this practice with the composition notebooks. These notebooks already have lines printed on the pages, which make it easier for families who do not have access to printers.

Kindergarten students learn best through play and hands-on activities!

I would love for my students to practice using their motor skills as they are molding and building with the Play-Doh. Not only is Play-Doh fun and engaging, it can be used in so many different subjects. Students can use it in STEM where they are building a structure or in Math when they are playing Subtraction Smash!
