This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

Young children love to play! The materials I have selected will help my students to learn while having fun and socially interacting with each other. The students in my kindergarten class love their free-choice time. During this time they can choose areas in the classroom to play with their peers.

By increasing the educational games and materials available to the children, they will have various ways to build on a concept…all while having fun!

Many of my students come from low-income families and do not have games or toys available to them at home. I want my students to learn, have fun, and socially interact simultaneously!
