Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

In first grade, students are expected to learn and do science projects. In my school, we focus on STEM projects. In class, my students have the opportunity to explore and generate new projects.

I'm requesting science materials and other resources that will support my students' science learning.

The science challenge kit will motivate my students to create and challenge their thinking. In class, my students will also have other science projects. Therefore, I'm requesting colored and cardstock paper that my students will be able to use to show their learning. They will also use this paper to create new products. The other resources that I'm requesting are the clothes pins. I want to use the clothes pins in class to display all of my students' science projects. I know that the displays will motivate all of my students to want to continue learning and exploring science.
