My Project
My students will finally have the chance to be introduced to Physics this coming school year. I want to develop a year full of creative engineering practices. Students will be given a chance that promotes creativity and experimentation while learning the laws of physics.
Using critical thinking skills as students focus on linear momentum conservation of 2 bodies before and after a straight line collision where 2 bodies collide with a glancing blow with the momentum and collision kit while also designing the racer cars for speed and distance.
Finally, learning about electricity while physically putting together different types of circuits.
Higher level science can seem daunting for students. With these items, students will physically put to work the lessons they have learned during classroom lectures, creating a multidimensional learning experience. This will create a positive environment that encourages independent thinking.
