My Project

It's a new year with new adventures! I am excited to welcome my next group of kindergarten leaders into our class family. The materials that I am asking for will help our students to come into a classroom that is ready for learning.

I want to give students the opportunity to explore and have ownership of their learning and have fun while doing so.

This year, students will have their own organizational drawers to keep their work organized as well as a clipboard that will be hung on our wall to track their personal academic goals. The different storage containers will allow me to have a place in my classroom where students are able to go and grab the materials that they need to be successful during lessons. Having the magnetic tiles as well as the playdough and paint brushes will allow for students to explore with the concepts that we are learning in many ways, such as creating letters and numbers. The laminating paper will help to make stations and activities more durable, and the adhesive dots will help to provide more opportunities to make interactive and moveable activities for my students to use throughout the day.

Students will be taking ownership of not only their academics/learning, but students will be taking more ownership in our classroom, which is our home away from home!
