Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Our classroom houses an amazing bunch. They continue to grow and are blossoming into their own unique selves. Each day my students are happy and excited to be at school. All of my students strive hard to accomplish goals and to perform well. They enjoy working together in English Language Arts and Math.

What is the greatest thing about my class is how comfortable and safe they feel to make mistakes, build relationships, and prepare for their future!

They are eager and anticipate what they will be doing each day. In my classroom we start the day happy and cheerful and we end the day just the same.

My Project

This past school year students everywhere have faced new circumstances. As a teacher I have witness so many children overcome adversity. With the new school year approaching, I want to create an environment that can make learning in person and digitally easier for each student.

I would have to see students approach blending learning with confidence.

This can be done by providing students the tools needed to be successful. These tools such as a wireless mouse and stylus pen can interweave technology skills with reading, writing, and mathematics. For 2nd graders, these items support fine motor skills while embracing the use of their chromebooks.
