Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
I teach pre k in New York City. The children are predominately ENL who are the sweetest bunch of kids you will ever meet. This year, I am looking forward to getting back to face to face learning. I am looking forward to an exciting new year with new beginnings.
My Project
I am kindly requesting 2 gift cards from Teachers pay Teachers. We are getting the students accustomed to in person learning and these materials that I intend to purchase on Teachers pay Teachers will be used to help reinforce the lessons taught in school. These include lessons on All I Am, The 5 Senses and Transportation along with many other themes. The gift cards will allow me to make hands-on materials to make the lessons more engaging. I intend to laminate the materials so they can borrow them and take them home to practice the lessons at home with their families.
