Help me give my students Phonics CVC and rhyming words games, along with the Math Tac-Toe game to enhance my students' reading skills-fluency and math mental math facts.
This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
My Project
The items I have requested are designed to improve my students' reading and math skills.
The Fidget Word Pop game was purposely selected for my special needs students.
The game gives students the tactile-multisensory experience and enhances their comprehensible input as they play the game. The AizWeb CVCC and CCVC phonics game not only will help with phonemic awareness and phonics, but also with the spelling of words, which the First Graders will be assessed on this school year. The Sight word game is selected for the writing center. The objective will be to identify and read basic sight words, along with creating simple to complex sentences, for my "Go-getters". The Math Tac-Toe is a great game to promote the mental math strategy, which will help students during timed assessments. I requested several items for motivation such as "Back to School" and treasure box gifts.
The donations made for this project will definitely help my students make learning gains as they play the games.
