Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Children can build their knowledge of the sounds and words in language through listening and speaking. Engaging my student can then active their knowledge through rhyme, repetition such as nursery rhymes and silly books as Dr. Seuss's ABC.

Phoneme awareness is the single best predictor of reading success between kindergarten and second grade.”

As an educator I play a critical role in facilitating the acquisition of young students’ pre-reading and reading skills, which develop there exposure to expanding their phonological processing abilities through exposure educational learning games.

By using these interactive tools which guided reading table, whole group on the carpet, one-on-one as an intervention, or as a classroom transition love to play Snap it, and I'll Take That card leads them to learning how to read.
