My Students

My students are members of a school that specializes in building community and enriching the lives of its students. Each day they step foot on campus, they know that they are loved, respected, and cared for by all teachers and faculty. That is why they arrive to school an hour before it starts and remain several hours after it has ended.

All of them have aspirations of changing the world and have committed to doing it by investing in their learning first.

They are passionate, creative, and resourceful problem solvers who persevere through challenges. Instead of viewing their failures as minor setbacks, they see it as an opportunity to learn from their mistakes. These life-long learners are a force to be reckoned with- a force that constantly inspires me to be better.

My Project

These materials will help my students remain engaged during distance learning. We've been learning remotely for almost a year now and have adapted a lot since schools closed. This monitor will allow for my students to view my lessons, see their peers work, collaborate with each other, and help them become 21st century ready learners. With your generous donation, we will continue the learning we normally would do in the classroom but with more ease with the requested tech tools (HP monitor and the cable). Learning from home will be much easier with your support.
