My Project

My students learning through exploration and hands on activities. As a special education teacher my goal is to bring a variety of learning techniques into the classroom. Make lessons exciting and stimulating for my students. I believe BOTLEY will allow students to sequence steps, code directions and make predictions. Botley has the ability to detect objects in front of him. He can also follow looping commands, take on obstacle courses, and follow black-line paths. Through exploration my students will be able to explore, but most of all socialize with each other. They will be able to work as a group or pair to explore new skills of coding to make turns, programming tasks and using commands like if, then, else.
